We are excited to link arms with you at our in-person retreat to celebrate your Sophia Circle journey. You will gather with women who love deeply, who see and know the power of being a woman, and love being in communion with other extraordinary women.

Three days of connection and transformation

RETREAT SCHEDULE

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13

  • The retreat will begin at 4:00pm on Wednesday. We will gather in the courtyard, learn about Westerbeke, and check into our rooms.
  • Please note, the ranch has several cabins with shared rooms, each shared room has a bathroom. There are no private rooms available. All participants will be assigned to a room with at least one and up to three other sisters.
  • We will begin the programming after checking into our rooms. There will be a break for dinner and more programming after dinner.

THURSDAY, MARCH 14

  • Thursday will be a full day and evening of programming, with breaks for meals and walking/exploring the property.

FRIDAY, MARCH 15

  • Friday will be a half day of programming. Participants are asked to check out of the rooms that morning (by placing their belongings on the porch or in cars).
  • We will conclude the retreat with a shared lunch and departures immediately following lunch.

Retreat details:

  • Retreat cost is $925
    • Meals and lodging included
    • Transportation to retreat site not included
  • Payment Options (retreat payments are non-refundable):
    • One payment of $925, in full due by February 1.
    • Three installments of $315, must set up payments by January 10th (payments complete by March 10th)
  • The retreat is optional and open only to participants of the Sophia Circle program
  • Retreat dates and timing:
    • Wednesday, March 13 through Friday, March 15, 2024
    • We will begin at 4:00 pm on March 13th and complete by 1:30pm on Friday, March 15th
  • You are responsible for your travel to/from the venue. If flying, the nearest major airport is SFO (San Francisco International). The ranch is located about 60 miles north, approximately 1.5 hours drive from SFO.
  • Weather: the temperature at that time of year typically averages about 65 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 45 degrees Fahrenheit at night.
